When do I need to place my order?

This is an open order website. You can place an order anytime you'd like! There is no window or closing.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We'll send you an email notification as soon as it leaves our facility.

Can I pick my order up?

While pickup may be available in the future, it's currently not an option at this time..

How does sizing work?

All items have size charts on the product page. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — sizes run true to an athletic fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a loose fit, we recommend sizing up.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Because every item is custom printed, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections. However, if your item arrives with a printing defect or error on our part, contact us at info@dsa-apparel.com and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay at checkout.
